Terms of Service

MADANG is a marketplace and communication platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings, requests, offers and transactions they create.

Lawful use

Users may not list or trade prohibited goods, infringe rights, evade licensing requirements, or use MADANG for fraud, harassment or other unlawful activity. Regulated materials require applicable eligibility and authorization checks.

Transactions

MADANG provides marketplace infrastructure and does not automatically guarantee a transaction. Users should verify counterparties, specifications, quantity, price, delivery terms and applicable legal requirements before completing a deal.

User content

You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant MADANG the rights necessary to display and operate that content within the service. Report unlawful or abusive content through the available reporting channels.

Account

Users may delete their account through Account settings. Records may be retained where required for legal, security or dispute purposes.
